Automated leasing performance comparison report
1. Upload Datasets
Upload the 3 required datasets in CSV or Excel format. The Rent Roll mapping is built into the app — upload your own only if you want to override it. Data is processed entirely in your browser — nothing leaves your device.
Rental Applications
One file. Requires Applicant(s), Received, Property Name, Application Status, Decision Made Date (or Approved At). Received = count by Received date (any status). Approved = rows with Application Status = "Approved", counted by Decision Made Date.
Move-Ins (Inspection)
Inspection Name, Property, Unit, Date
Move-Outs
Each row counts as a Move-Out
Leased UnitsOptional
Requires a date column (e.g. "Signed Date") + "Property Name". SFR/MFR split by group (C3/C4 = SFR).
Rent Roll MappingOptional
Built-in mapping is used by default. Upload to override.
